HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Simply fill out the website Contact Form to kick off the Discovery process. We’ll discuss your needs and goals, and create a tailored plan to support your business following the initial consultation.

WHAT IS YOUR AVAILABILITY?

Standard availability is during regular business hours (8:00AM-5:00PM, weekdays), but urgent requests can be accommodated in meeting priority requirements outside of the established work timeframe (T&Cs and fees may be applicable).

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Rates vary depending on your chosen ongoing or one-off services package. Initiating the consultation process by completing the Contact Form will enable access to the Services Brochure, which provides further up-to-date pricing.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR ASSIGNING TASKS?

You can assign tasks via email, project management tools, or any preferred method. We’ll confirm receipt, provide an estimated timeline, and keep you updated on progress.

WHAT ARE YOUR COMMUNICATION CHANNELS?

Email, TEAMS, phone, and video calls are primarily used, but messaging apps (such as Slack or WhatsApp) can be utilised, depending on your preference. We can establish what works for you in your consultation.

HOW ARE YOU COMMITTED TO DATA INTEGRITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY?

Ensuring data security is a matter that is taken very seriously. All sensitive information is handled with the utmost care via encrypted methods and secure systems for data storage and management. A Non-Disclosure Agreement can be completed, if required.

CAN YOU WORK WITH MY EXISTING TOOLS AND SYSTEMS?

This is absolutely something that we can discuss in our consultation. Thanks to a variety of experience with many professional tools and platforms, we can work to integrate with your existing systems in creating an optimal collaboration solution.
